1. Who May Use Illustrated Stats

Illustrated Stats is provided by Illustrated Analytics LLC for coaches, parents, guardians, team staff, players age 13 or older, and authorized team members. A child under 13 may only use or be connected to the service through a parent/legal guardian or another adult with proper authority.

2. Youth Player Information

By creating, claiming, or managing a player profile, you confirm that you are authorized to provide player roster, location, eligibility, and statistical information. If the player is under 13, you confirm that you are the player's parent/legal guardian or otherwise have legal authority to consent.

3. Team And Roster Authority

Coaches, administrators, and team staff are responsible for ensuring they have permission to add player names, jersey numbers, roster details, schedules, game results, photos/icons, and statistics.

4. User-Entered Stats

Stats, scores, rosters, and activity logs are user-entered and may contain mistakes. Illustrated Stats is not an official school, league, recruiting, or governing-body record system unless your organization separately designates it as such.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for promptly reporting unauthorized access. Do not share accounts between users.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how youth/player information is handled, and how parents or authorized account holders can request review or deletion. By using the service, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not use the service to harass, exploit, impersonate, or publish sensitive personal information without authorization. We may suspend access for misuse, security risk, or policy violations.
